
A large, twining climber up to 70 ft (21 m) tall, this species is
valued for its spectacular, 18 in (45 cm) long, pendulous sprays of
blue-green flowers borne throughout summer.
It is native to the Philippines. Grow over a pergola or large arch
where there is freedom for the long racemes of flowers to hang down.

Cultivation: These plants prefer full sun or part-shade and fertile,
humus-rich soil. Propagate from seed, by rooting stem sections or by
